Went hiking for the first time this weekend and I’m assuming my muscle soreness (DOMS)has caused the scale gain as my centimeters have not drastically changed to indicate that the increase could be nutrition based. I’ve been weighing everyday to track how and why my body mass increases or decreases and not once in these 3 weeks have I weighed the same for any two days so the jury is still out, however I’ve noticed that the scale goes up on my strength training days and doesn’t go down much after. Lumps and bumps are smoothing out too. Let’s get week 4 and see???
