Well...I slid off the diet track!! But now I'm back..today is a new day and I am going to stay focused!! This morning I woke up so sore and stiff (which is an indicator that I have not been taking care of myself!)..as well had a very upset stomach for the last few days (which is another indicator that I have been eating poorly)
82.3 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
