Day 2 of my weight loss...I am eating a little over my calorie goal, however, I don't find it hard to stay with in my limits because I don't eat much anyway.

Starting slow with my exercise. 1 15 minute mile on the elliptical every other day. I'll build as I go. Have to get my knee used to working out, even with low impact exercise.

The classes at 24 hour fitness look awesome, so I'll probably be looking into that.
117.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
