I have now began a new journey in my life. I joined a gym, OrangeTheory, and have completely changed my eating habits. To be completely honest, I have never had to worry about my weight before, but once I quit playing sports it was very hard. I gained 60lbs, and was totally depressed. Now I am turning over a new leaf, and can’t wait to see changes in my life.
