I have now began a new journey in my life. I joined a gym, OrangeTheory, and have completely changed my eating habits. To be completely honest, I have never had to worry about my weight before, but once I quit playing sports it was very hard. I gained 60lbs, and was totally depressed. Now I am turning over a new leaf, and can’t wait to see changes in my life.

This is my first day on the app. I am terrified to start this, and hope I can stick to it. I am currently the heaviest I have ever been, and I need to start making changes. Any support, easy recipe ideas, or easy workout ideas will be extremely helpful!
