Today, back on track lagi setelah sempat khilaf dan naik 2 kg 🙈. Walaupun masih makan junk food yg penting defkal jalan dlu. Diinget2 Seminggu terakhir ini kayanya aku makan bisa 2000-2500an kkal /harinya sampe ga sanggup buat input di FS 😂
