@nadia aku defkal dan IF sist tp IFnya ga tiap hari bgt cuma 4-5 hari aja per minggunya, sm light exercise kaya jalan santai gt 20-30 menit sehari seminggu 3-4 kali hehe

@adelle makasi sist 🥰🥰 @stevani target kaya dlu sebelum kerja 48-49 kg 😁 sekarang masih di 57 masih banyak pe.ernya -slow but sure aja yg penting disiplin- @diva tb 160 sist
