I think I did pretty good today. Started of with a egg in toast for b-fast, then a chicken salad at Papa Dino's, snacked on roasted peanuts, and final gave in to treat for my hard work: the last piece of birthday cake.
Well I tallied everything up and result not so bad. About fifteen hundred calories and 25 grams of sugar! Yesterday my sugar intake was about a hundred. Huge improvement, if I must say so myself. :)
EDIT: I looked at my diet calendar and it did not record my sugar for the cake. Oh, well.
