rencana makan malam udah dimasukin daging sapi panggang 200gram krn mau bbq an, masih bersisa jg kalori nya, udah sarapan, makan siang, ngemil, kalo tiap hari gini diet berasa gak diet, cuma gak bisa ngemil bebas doank
