It has been a hard few months. I have gone on vacation twice. i had to do a move stressful in it's self, fractured my hand and arm, this limiting my activity, Oh and I had the Flu. During this time i have not been eating properly as well. I have not really gained much weight during this time which is a good thing but it is time for me to get back on track. I have given my self a new goal by my birthday Aug 23rd i am going to lose 10 pounds. That is almost 2 months away there should be no reason i cannot reach this small goal.This will be my gift to my self. No more excuses. I have to find a way to eat healthy everyday even know the only thing my husband will eat is crap, fast-food deep fried food and my downfall piza, But i am going to have to find a way to do this for my self. Get back to tracking my food and geting some activity back in my life.
