i have actually been on this diet for 8 days i started wed the 9th i am so excited i know it won't continue to come off this quick but that's 9 lbs woooooooohoooooo snoopy dancin here!!!!! 8 days with no sugar and everyone in my house is still alive and i have actually lost weight finally!!!
