i am so excited the company i work for has launched a detoxification system called the 7 day cleanse i got mine yesterday am on day two and already starting to feel better i seem to have more energy and am down another .5 lb woooohooo i am on day 11 with no sugar but with my arbonne chews i am still not craving cookies or anything else for that matter i am havin fun cookin south beach phase 1 thing and am leavin what i cook for the kids alone with is new my husband is doin this with me but is losin weight much faster than me i may havta sabatoge him lol anyone interested in the cleanse go to champion.myarbonne.com click on shop online then go to detox there's a full list of products oh and the diet aids are under figure 8 weightloss good luck everyone Ima hangin in!!!

i have actually been on this diet for 8 days i started wed the 9th i am so excited i know it won't continue to come off this quick but that's 9 lbs woooooooohoooooo snoopy dancin here!!!!! 8 days with no sugar and everyone in my house is still alive and i have actually lost weight finally!!!
