That's an amazing change with a four-pound loss. Have you increased your walking 'cause that trims one's waist big time? Your clothes are certainly telling a happy story Thefatbus (soon to be Theminibus).
I measure my waist and hips as I lose weight, work out my waist/hip ratio and then write the stats on my calendar. The photo record is a fabulous method too.

way to go. I believe in how you feel than your actual weight. If clothes fit better that is progress in my books

It’s a hard concept to grasp sometimes. Scale vs. none scale victories. I’m learning it also! Way to go!

wow I can really tell. I have also lost just 4 pounds but I can see a difference. I am 5 3 so 4 pounds is a lot more for me than someone 5 10

if you find numbers help with motivation, do yourself a favor and take measurements now. then the next time the scale is being stubborn but you feel/fit better, take them again. 99% chance you'll see a difference.
neck, bicep, over bust(dont worry if this goes down cause it's really your back that loses), under bust, natural waist, waist at belly button, hips at widest, thigh at widest, and calves at widest.
