On the way to the Greek restaurant this evening I had resolved to drink a sparkling water with my meal. But as C. was trying to decide how much wine to order, I chimed in that I would split a bottle with her. I drank about a third and if it hadn't have been for that I would have remained within the 800 calorie limit that I have set for myself.
