Yeah!!!! made it through Thanksgiving staying mostly Keto and I am so excited I have not gained weight this year.
Now on to some weight loss!!!
96.2 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
