I just achieved a personal best! I RAN 3/4 of a mile. I've been training my poor aching bones so hard to be a runner. I had barely made 1/2 mile before this and now suddenly I had no trouble running 3/4!
I walk as much as 9 miles at a time and have hiked 5 miles up a mountain in the Smokey's!
I'm so proud of my progress.
