I am really working this time to get back on track.
I joined a 10 day water challenge to drink a gallon of water a day.
Starting Sunday I am doing the Pruvit 60 hour Reboot.
those should get me off to a good start going Keto.
92.4 kg Lost so far: 21.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
