I think it was the graham crackers and milk that did me in. Now I know....not so many carbs!!
79.3 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I noticed as well when I was recording my food that it's amazing how many carbs are in some foods. It was an eye-opener for me. You're doing great just keep on going!!
