Last night I lay awake for 2 hrs even though I was so very tired. I went to bed at 930pm. that's insane! I did Keto for 6 weeks a few months ago and felt so much better and not a slave to food or my raging appetite. I didn't realize this until I attempted to do Weight Watchers for the past couple of months and failed on a daily basis. so at 1130pm, I resolved to wake up and Keto again. I decided to do a 21 day challenge!! not really prepared grocery wise yet but I have eggs...lol
103.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 44.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
