breakfast is, natural yogurt,strawberries,raspberries,blueberries,granola & local honey, toast with peanut butter & a glass of water.( i'm off alcohol & caffeine for one month).
the former will kill me, lol.

yes i could do but i like honey & my mate dave keeps bees so i buy it off him as its local.

no salt or sugar in the peanut butter,it tastes a bit bland actualy.
