i spent 3 hours at the gym so im having pineapple chicken with apple and

breakfast is, natural yogurt,strawberries,raspberries,blueberries,granola & local honey, toast with peanut butter & a glass of water.( i'm off alcohol & caffeine for one month).
the former will kill me, lol.
