Good Sunday morning fatsecret.com! I am feeling better everyday, and sooooo glad to be rid of the plague.... oy!
Thanks to addmalmom & 40togo for the encouragement~ it is great to have positive feedback, I do appreciate it. On a side note~ I am working very hard to cut soda out, and I've actually done pretty well with the exception of the last few days.... I'm trying to limit myself to one a day for now. Pray for me! :) That has been one of the hardest things for me to give up.....
I have a birthday party to attend today, and I've purchased the "Portion Pals" discs to help me size out my slice of cake~ I am trying to live in the "real world" of eating; I am limiting my fat/carbs and increasing my proteins~ but I am also not depriving myself constantly~ I need to learn to be satisfied with a small piece or portion of something....MODERATION! That's my goal for today.....
