Hi! I'm Etie T. in my early 40's married with 6 kids. I work in a Head Start with 3-4 yr olds (where not such wholesome lunches & snacks are served dly). I've had to deal with the stress of going back to college while working a full time job and taking care of my family and home for the last 3 yrs (& I'm not quite done). Dealing with teenagers is another stress that can set off good diet intentions. I'm working on remembering not to mix my stresses with my nutrition. Stresses are best worked out with exercise, talking, etc. (NOT with food or food-like items)!
