Today was a day of celebrating the holiday (Juneteenth). Had barbecue lunch with ribs, chicken, beans and rice. My portions were small but still I felt a little guilty because this is not what I normally eat. The god news is I used the app to keep track of my intake and although it felt like cheating the counts remained below the daily average. Guess I should cut myself some slack...
