Good morning! Summer can be really tricky for me, as I am a teacher. Lack of structure in my days requires me to really focus on not eating mindlessly!
110.9 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 36.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
