OK so today I worked up a sweat for the second day. Not just a sweat but my shirt is wet an my dog was licking it off my face! ;-) And I feel great! I'm loving it again but it seems that every time I get started something happens to me and I have to quit. There is kinda now! When I walk my BP goes down. After this walk it was 95/60! I'm glad I didn't take my meds b4 I walked. So my day begins and you guys have a great day too! i think we're taking the boat out. Well if its not so crowded.
