A healthier version of pizza - low calorie and high in fibre.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a jug, mix flaxseed, milk and egg together. Leave for about an hour to thicken.
- Preheat oven, gas 5, 180C.
- In fry pan, spray 6-7 of oil, heat on med heat, and pour in the egg mixture. Cover with lid, cook for approx 5-6 mins so bottom is brown. Flip, and cook for a further minute. Remove from heat and cool.
- Using approx 3 Tbsp of Bolognese sauce (40g). Cover lighter side of pizza base, and then add toppings in order of your choice, with mozzarella last. Put 3 sprays of oil to finish.
- Place in oven for approx 10 mins, so cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and enjoy.
