Directions

  1. Die Butter schmelzen und mit den Eiern und der Buttermilch vermischen.
  2. Mehl, Zucker, Natron und Backpulver vermischen. Dann zu der Buttermilch-Ei-Buttermischung nach und nach hinzugeben.
  3. Alles zu einem glatten, dicken Teig verrühren.
  4. Etwas Butter(-Schmalz) in die Pfanne, und dann bei mittlere Temperatur backen.
