Directions
- Die Butter schmelzen und mit den Eiern und der Buttermilch vermischen.
- Mehl, Zucker, Natron und Backpulver vermischen. Dann zu der Buttermilch-Ei-Buttermischung nach und nach hinzugeben.
- Alles zu einem glatten, dicken Teig verrühren.
- Etwas Butter(-Schmalz) in die Pfanne, und dann bei mittlere Temperatur backen.
