Cheese Cake with Greens and Mozzarella
Delicious and quick recipe for dinner or lunch.
Ingredients
Directions
- Drain cottage cheese.
- Mash cottage cheese together with egg yolk.
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the cottage cheese and mix well.
- Fold in the foamy egg carefully.
- Put baking paper in the form then pour the prepared mass.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 45-50 minutes.
