Без глютена, замена хлеба, отлично подойдет к борщу.

  1. Отруби залить водой, дать немного настояться, добавить гречневую муку, разрыхлит ель, добавить специи по вкусу (кайенский перец, паприка, базилик). В отдельной миске взбить белки. Все смешать, добавить воды, опционально, если необходимо.
  2. Выпекать минут 20 при 180 градусах.
  3. Достать из духовки, немного остудить. В отдельной миске смешать. ложку оливкового масла и пару зубчиков чеснока. Полить смесью пампушки.
