Strogonoff de Frango

Strogonoff de frango sem leite e sem creme de leite.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Corte o frango em cubinhos e tempere com sal e alho, pique a cebola em pedacinhos pequenos.
  2. Doure a cebola numa frigideira untada com óleo pam, ou outro óleo de sua preferência.
  3. Adicione o frango e deixe dourar.
  4. Adicione o molho ou polpa de tomate e mexa bem durante 2 minutos.
  5. Adicione o requeijão, misture e desligue o fogo. Sirva com salsa por cima.
