Тирамису Творожное

Легкий десерт из творога.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Творог растереть погружным блендером (или через сито) с сиропом топинамбура в течении 10 минут до пастообразного состояния. По желанию добавить ванилин.
  2. Отдельно измельчить горький шоколад.
  3. На дно чашки (я использую небольшие пищевые контейнеры) положить немного творожного крема, затем 1 крекер, присыпать толченым горьким шоколадом, потом также еще 2 слоя. В холодильник не менее чем на ночь, чтобы крекеры пропитались.
