- Sangrai oatmeal, kurang lebih 5 menit, sampai tercium bau dan tekstur nya lebih garing. Sisihkan.
- Tumis Bawang merah, bawang putih, bawang daun sampai harum, masukkan garam dan lada putih, tambah air 1/4 cangkir. masak kurang lebih 5 menit.
- Pada saat sayur matang, masukkan oatmeal yang sudah disangrai tadi. Kalau kental masukkan air secukupnya sampai air terserap semuanya. Hidangkan.
