Directions

  1. Descascar e cortar em cubo ou ralar os legumes, picar o alho a cebolinha, salsinha e a couve.
  2. Colocar para cozinhar na água e colocar o sal a gosto.
  3. Bater tudo no liquidificador e dividir nas 5 porções.
