Crevettes Lait de Coco et Curry

Des crevettes roses dans une sauce coco/curry.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Décortiquez les crevettes.
  2. Épluchez et coupez finement les oignons.
  3. Mettez un peu d'huile dans une poêle et faîtes revenir les oignons, ne laissez pas brûler, mettez le sel et le poivre puis rajoutez le curry.
  4. Mélangez bien et versez le lait de coco, laissez mijoter 2 min et mettez les queues de crevettes, mélangez et laissez cuire et réduire environ 10 min à feu doux.
  5. Vérifiez le goût de l'assaisonnement et laissez un peu de sauce, ne pas trop réduire.
  6. Servez avec du riz blanc.
