  1. Colocar a carne moída numa tigela para misturar um ovo, molho shoyo, cebola bem picada, cebolinha picada, salsinha picada e um pacote de creme de cebola e misturar bem com as mãos.
  2. Modelar a carne no formato de hambúrguer.
