Muy delicioso y saciante y sobre todo...bajo en calorías.

- Primero se cuece el brócoli cuando vemos que esta blando le retiramos el agua y añadimos los champiñones con los ajos laminados y el atún. Un par de minutos al fuego revolviendo continuamente y a comer mmmm que bueno.
