Directions
- Свеклу и огурец на крупной терке, лук мелко нарезать. Яйцо можно так же мелко покрошить или потом положить разрезанным пополам в тарелку как на фото! Все овощи и зелень заливаем литром кефира. Пробуем и по необходимости солим и перчим.
