Banane-Haferflocken-Pfannkuchen
Leckere Pfannkuchen aus Haferflocken und Banane mit Zimt.
Ingredients
Directions
- Haferflocken zermahlen so klein wie möglich und die Banane zu Brei zerdrücken. Alles zusammen in eine Schale geben und zu einen Teig pürieren. Butter in die Pfanne und wie Pfannkuchen goldbraun anbraten. Reicht für 2-4 Pfannkuchen.
- Servieren am besten mit Obst aus der Saison. Lecker dazu schmeckt auch Naturjoghurt oder Apfelmus.
