Lapin en Sauce

Lapin au vin blanc.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Faire revenir les morceaux de lapins dans l huile; puis rajouter les échalotes; bien faire cuire.
  2. Rajouter les tomates coupées, le persil,l ail; faire évaporer, puis mettre le vin; faire évaporer; rajouter les champignons de paris en lamelles, couvrir d'un bouillon chaud.
  3. Laisser cuire 40 mn.
  4. Dans un peu d'eau mettre 2 CS de farine.
  5. Rajouter le tout sur le lapin et laisser mijoter 10 mn.
