Directions
- Faire revenir les morceaux de lapins dans l huile; puis rajouter les échalotes; bien faire cuire.
- Rajouter les tomates coupées, le persil,l ail; faire évaporer, puis mettre le vin; faire évaporer; rajouter les champignons de paris en lamelles, couvrir d'un bouillon chaud.
- Laisser cuire 40 mn.
- Dans un peu d'eau mettre 2 CS de farine.
- Rajouter le tout sur le lapin et laisser mijoter 10 mn.
