Чечевичный Сырный Суп

Вкусный белковый суп без добавления масла.

Directions

  1. Замочить на ночь чечевицу.
  2. Сварите бульон из грудки. Варить минут 40. Пока готовиться, нарежьте лук, сельдерей и натрите крупно морковь.
  3. Через 40 минут курицу вылавливаем и разбираем на волокна, отправляем обратно в бульон вместе с чечевицей и овощами. Солим. Варим 30 минут.
  4. За 10 минут до конца приготовления добавить сыр и хорошо размешать, чтобы он растворился.
