Directions

  1. Отделите белки от желтков. Желтки взбейте с солью, перцем и гашёной содой. Смешайте с сыром.
  2. Белки взбейте в крепкую пену. Аккуратно введите белки к желткам. Осторожно, но уверенно перемешайте. Жарьте на разогретой сковороде с небольшим количеством растительного масла.
  3. Готовый блинчик сворачивайте уверенными движениями. Подавайте горячим, посыпав мелко порезанным укропом.
