Directions

  1. Перекрутить куриную грудку в фарш.
  2. Лук и морковь потереть на мелкой терке, добавить в фарш. Посолить, поперчить по вкусу. Все хорошо перемешать. Из полученной массы сделать небольшие котлетки, выпекать по несколько минут с каждой стороны.
