Морковный Пирог с Сухофруктами

Необычный ароматный морковный пирог с добавлением сухофруктов.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. К тертой моркови добавить муку, растительное масло, яйца. Перемешать.
  2. Добавить к смеси сахар, мед, соду, разрыхлитель, корицу.
  3. Полученное тесто тщательно перемешать.
  4. Выложить на смазанную маслом форму для выпечки половину теста.
  5. Сверху выложить курагу, орехи и чернослив равномерным слоем.
  6. Закрыть начинку оставшимся тестом.
  7. Выпекать в разогретой духовке до180°С около 40 минут.
