  1. Взбить венчиком 200мл сливок и 4 яйца, соль и перец.
  2. В форму выложить фасоль, залить полученной смесью.
  3. Поставить в духовку на 20-25 минут. До золотистой корочки. Подавать отдельно или с салатом.
