Empadão de Batata Doce e Atum

Empadão nutritivo.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cozer as batatas com casca.
  2. No fim de cozidas tirar as batatas da água e retirar a pele.
  3. Triturar as batatas com uma pitada de sal a manteiga e o leite magro (eu faço com a varinha mágica).
  4. Colocar no taça que possa ir ao forno, uma camada de purê de batata, depois o atum, e novamente purê.
  5. Bater dois ovos, colocar por cima, e vai ao forno até o ovo torrar.

Olá Raquel, tenho uma sugestão para ti, experimenta em vez de pores manteiga e leite, altera por claras de ovo em castelo. Depois de cozeres a batata e de a triturares, junta-lhe claras de ovo em castelo, fica muito mais proteica, sem gordura e fica super suave e cremosa.
