Linsensalat

Rein Vegetarisch.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Linsen in der Gemüsebrühe garen.
  2. In der Zwischenzeit das Gemüse grob würfeln. Die Möhren am Besten hobeln.
  3. Alles in einer Salatschüssel mischen, die Linsen abgießen (etwas Gemüsebrühe auffangen)und zu dem Gemüse in die Schüssel geben. Vorsichtig vermischen.
  4. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Worcestersoße würzen. Wer mag kann noch etwas Estragon und Bohnenkraut zugeben.
