Directions
- Linsen in der Gemüsebrühe garen.
- In der Zwischenzeit das Gemüse grob würfeln. Die Möhren am Besten hobeln.
- Alles in einer Salatschüssel mischen, die Linsen abgießen (etwas Gemüsebrühe auffangen)und zu dem Gemüse in die Schüssel geben. Vorsichtig vermischen.
- Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Worcestersoße würzen. Wer mag kann noch etwas Estragon und Bohnenkraut zugeben.
