  1. Cozinhe as cenouras com um pouquinho de água, deixe que fiquem cozidas porém firmes. Junte a proteína de soja já hidratada e bem espremida, coloque o sazón, o sal, o molho de tomate e o creme de leite, misture e deixe cozinhar por aproximadamente 1 minuto. Está pronto.
