Directions
- Zwiebel schälen und raspeln. Kartoffel schälen und auch raspeln, zusammen mit dem Ei und dem Mehl zu einem glatten Teig vermischen.
- Olivenöl in einer Pfanne heiß machen und Teig mit einer Kelle in die Pfanne geben, von jeder Seite goldgelb braten und auf einem Teller mit Zewapapier entfetten.
- Dazu passt sehr gut entweder ein frischer Blattsalat oder eben selbstgemachtes Apfelmus.
