Spicy Lime, Cilantro and Garlic Marinade

Great coating for beef, lamb or chicken for grilling or broiling.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put olive oil into small shallow bowl.
  2. Add finely chopped cilantro, pressed garlic, and red chili flakes. Add lime juice and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Dip meat and evenly coat in the oil/seasoning mixture.
  4. Grill or broil coated meat to liking.

Reviews 
I am not sure how this came out bland yet over overpoweringly tasting of lime. Next time I will cut the amount lime in half and add some salt and pepper, and cumin if I am using it on chicken, or a tsp of steak sauce on beef. I will also leave the meat in the marinade for an hour or more because just dipping it even after giving the mix a good whisking didnt leave any flavor but lime.
